OUR COMPANIES
The Wagawin brand was acquired by the W² Group from Germany in 2023. In the course of this acquisition, Wagawin Asia, established in 2018 and based in Singapore, was also brought under the ownership of W² Group.
At the end of 2024, Wagawin Europe, sister company of Wagawin Asia, was successfully sold to Swiss martech company CPTR. Since then, W² Group has focused on further expanding the Wagawin brand in Asia.
